How can I make a return or an exchange?Updated 11 days ago

Standard Return Policy

 

Return or exchange requests may be submitted within 30 days for eligible unworn merchandise. Made-to-order sizes, styles marked as final sale, complimentary gifts with purchase, gift cards, merchandise credits and shipping fees are not eligible.  The return label provided is covered under our carrier policy. If you choose to use your own return label, John Hardy is not responsible for additional duties and taxes, orders lost in transit, or packages held by U.S. customs.  


Biannual sale products are marked as final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. 

 

 

U.S. Return Instructions:

  • Domestic orders can print a complimentary FedEx return label. 
  • Include your return packing slip along with your unworn merchandise and place it securely in the original packaging. 
  • Affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box and bring it to your local FedEx shipping center. We recommend obtaining a drop-off receipt. 


International Return Instructions:


Please note, all duties and taxes paid are nonrefundable.

  • Include the return packing slip along with your unworn merchandise and place it securely in the original packaging.  
  • Affix your return shipping label to the package and note the return tracking for your reference.   DHL will electronically share the clearance documents with Customs. 
  • Please drop your package off at the nearest DHL shipping center.


Refunds: Allow up to 7-10 business days for your return to be received and processed—an email notification will be sent once complete. Allow an additional 1-3 business days depending on your bank for the refund to be reflected on your credit card statement.  All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment on your order. For applicable returns a merchandise credit will be issued. 


Exchanges:  Allow up 7 business days for your return to be received and processed—an email notification will be sent once complete. Our team will process your exchange order and contact you with any questions.  Orders outside the U.S will have to place a new order for exchange.   

 

Gift Returns & Merchandise Credit: If the John Hardy gift you received isn't right for you, we'd be happy to offer you an exchange or non-refundable merchandise credit to be used on JohnHardy.com  or at a John Hardy Boutique.  A valid sales receipt is required. To request a merchandise credit please contact our Client Care team.
