When does the sale start and end?

The sale begins on June 24th, 2026, and continues through July 16, 2026. Because these styles are in high demand and have limited supply, we recommend shopping early for the best selection.

Can I return or exchange sale items?

Measurement Guide

Finding the Perfect Fit: Whether you're searching for the perfect gift or treating yourself to a piece of John Hardy jewelry, getting the perfect size is essential. Here's how to find your ideal fit:

Measure Your Wrist: Wrap a soft measuring tape (or string) snugly around your wrist just below the wrist bone. Note the measurement where the tape meets itself.  Compare your wrist measurement with the size guide found on the product page of the bracelet you have your eye on.

Measure Your Finger: Use a ring sizer or wrap a string around the base of your finger (where you plan to wear the ring) and mark the spot where it meets. Measure the distance between the mark and the end of the string for the circumference.

Sizing Tips: If you're between sizes, consider your preference! A tighter fit? Choose the smaller size. Prefer a looser fit? Go for the larger size. Remember, size can vary slightly between styles, so always check the individual product page for a size guide and fit tips for that specific style.

Buying a gift? No worries! We understand that finding the right size can be tricky. Our friendly Client Care team is here to help. They can offer personalized advice based on the recipient's preferences and the specific style you're considering.

Sustainable luxury means creating beauty that endures, while leaving a positive impact on the world. It's about creating those products with a deep respect for the environment and the artisans who make them.

John Hardy is a certified member of the Responsible Jewellery Council as well as being compliant to the Kimberly Process. John Hardy is committed to codes of practice that ensure our stones, diamonds and metals are conflict-free and ethically produced every step of the way. We also work with suppliers who guarantee that the silver and gold we use in our pieces is reclaimed, reducing the need to mine for metals.

The same sense of responsibility is applied to our packaging. From our jewelry boxes to our shopping bags, all paper materials are now certified by the Forest Stewardship Council, a non-profit that manages the environmental and economic benefits of trees. We are also working towards eliminating the use of paper bags, as we strive to find more ways to be sustainable.

You care for lab‑grown diamonds in the same way you would any fine diamond jewelry.

  • Clean with warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush or cloth.
  • Rinse and dry thoroughly; avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners if your piece includes delicate settings or other materials.
  • Store pieces separately to prevent scratches.

Return to your shopping experience.

Lab‑grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment using advanced technology that replicates the conditions under which diamonds form in nature. The resultant chemical composition, crystal structure, and brilliance are identical to natural diamonds—the only difference is the origin.

Return to your shopping experience.

  • Color: Describes how a diamond’s color or lack thereof appears to the eye. Near‑colorless stones (e.g., G/H) appear bright and white.
  • Clarity: Refers to the presence of natural inclusions. Most are microscopic and not visible without magnification (e.g., VS ranges).
  • Cut: Describes how a diamond’s facets are shaped and arranged. Cut is what gives a diamond its fire, sparkle, and overall life.
  • Carat: A unit of weight. Carat influences perceived size along with a diamonds cut and shape.

What does the color of a diamond mean?

Describes how a diamond’s color or lack thereof appears to the eye. Near‑colorless stones (e.g., G/H) appear bright and white.

How is the clarity of a diamond graded?

Clarity reflects the size, number, and visibility of tiny internal features known as inclusions. Diamonds in the VS range typically appear clean to the eye.

Why is the cut of a diamond important?

Cut determines how well a diamond returns light—it’s what creates brilliance and multi-dimensional sparkle. A well‑cut diamond appears alive with light.

What does carat weight represent?

Carat measures a diamonds weight. Carat affects perceived size, but shape and cut proportions also influence how large a diamond appears on the hand.

Return to your shopping experience.

Our lab-grown diamonds are certified for quality by internationally recognized gemological laboratories. Minimum color, clarity and carat are guaranteed.

Return to your shopping experience.

Both are real diamonds with the same chemical and physical properties—the difference is the origin. Lab‑grown diamonds are created in a controlled environment; natural diamonds form in the earth over time. We offer a transparent choice and the same devotion to craftsmanship and quality either way.

Return to your shopping experience.

On select Lovestruck pieces, you’ll see a diamond described on its certificate as “FREEFORM OVAL BRILLIANT CUT.” In simple terms, it’s a brilliant‑cut diamond with an organic, non‑traditional oval outline—designed to feel modern and easy to wear. Where no certificate is referenced, we describe these as non‑traditional brilliant cuts.
